(32) In view of the Union legislative acts in respect of payment services, namely Regulation (EU) No 260/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council (19), Directive (EU) 2015/2366 and Regulation (EU) 2021/1230 of the European Parliament and of the Council (20), it should be sufficient to provide that only simplified information accompany transfers of funds within the Union, such as the payment account number or a unique transaction identifier.
