4. The crypto-asset white paper shall contain a clear and unambiguous statement that: the asset-referenced token may lose its value in part or in full; the asset-referenced token may not always be transferable; the asset-referenced token may not be liquid; the asset-referenced token is not covered by the investor compensation schemes under Directive 97/9/EC; the asset-referenced token is not covered by the deposit guarantee schemes under Directive 2014/49/EU.
