6. EBA, in close cooperation with ESMA and the ECB, shall develop draft regulatory technical standards further specifying: the procedure and timeframe for an issuer of an asset-referenced token to adjust to higher own funds requirements as set out in paragraph 3; the criteria for requiring a higher amount of own funds as set out in paragraph 3; the minimum requirements for the design of stress testing programmes, taking into account the size, complexity and nature of the asset-referenced token, including but not limited to: the types of stress testing and their main objectives and applications; the frequency of the different stress testing exercises; the internal governance arrangements; the relevant data infrastructure; the methodology and the plausibility of assumptions; the application of the proportionality principle to all of the minimum requirements, whether quantitative or qualitative; and the minimum periodicity of the stress tests and the common reference parameters of the stress test scenarios. EBA shall submit the draft regulatory technical standards referred to in the first subparagraph to the Commission by 30 June 2024. Power is delegated to the Commission to supplement this Regulation by adopting the regulatory technical standards referred to in the first subparagraph of this paragraph in accordance with Articles 10 to 14 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
