Article 28 › 2

The application for notification shall be accompanied by a description of the conformity assessment activities, of the conformity assessment module or modules set out in Annex VIII or the procedures set out in Article 48(2) and Article 51, and of the batteries for which the conformity assessment body claims to be competent, as well as by an accreditation certificate, where applicable, issued by a national accreditation body attesting that the conformity assessment body meets the requirements laid down in Article 25.
