The conformity assessment body concerned shall perform the activities of a notified body only where no objections are raised by the Commission or the other Member States within two weeks of the notification, where it includes an accreditation certificate referred to in Article 28(2), or within two months of the notification, where it includes documentary evidence referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article. Only such a conformity assessment body shall be considered to be a notified body for the purposes of this Regulation.
