Article 30 — Identification numbers and lists of notified bodies

REGULATION (EU) 2023/1542 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 12 July 2023 concerning batteries and waste batteries, amending Directive 2008/98/EC and Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and repealing Directive 2006/66/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. The Commission shall assign an identification number to each notified body. It shall assign a single number even where the body is notified under several Union acts. 2. The Commission shall make publicly available and keep updated a list of bodies notified under this Regulation, including the identification numbers that have been assigned to them and the conformity assessment activities for which they have been notified.
