Article 35 › 1

REGULATION (EU) 2023/1542 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 12 July 2023 concerning batteries and waste batteries, amending Directive 2008/98/EC and Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and repealing Directive 2006/66/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

A notified body shall inform the notifying authority of the following: (a) any refusal, restriction, suspension or withdrawal of a certificate of conformity or approval decision; (b) any circumstances affecting the scope of, or the conditions for, its notification; (c) any request for information which it has received from market surveillance authorities regarding its conformity assessment activities; (d) on request, any conformity assessment activities performed within the scope of its notification and any other activity performed, including cross-border activities and subcontracting.
