The obligations under this Article may be fulfilled on a producer’s behalf by an authorised representative for extended producer responsibility. Where obligations under this Article are fulfilled on a producer’s behalf by an authorised representative for extended producer responsibility that represents more than one producer, in addition to the information required under paragraph 3, that authorised representative shall provide the name and the contact details for each of the represented producers separately.
