Article 64 — Obligations of end-users

1. End-users shall discard waste batteries separately from other waste streams, including from mixed municipal waste. 2. End-users shall discard waste batteries in designated separate collection points set up by, or in accordance with the specific arrangements concluded with, the producer or a producer responsibility organisation, in accordance with Articles 59, 60 and 61.
