Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1765 of 13 September 2023 implementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine · European Union

(2) On the basis of a review by the Council, the information concerning 140 individuals and 41 entities in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 should be amended. Additionally, the entries for one deceased person, as well as three other persons should be deleted from that Annex.
