Grounds for the opposition: Non-compliance with specific requirements for protection laid down in Regulation (EU) 2023/2411. The proposed geographical indication would be contrary to: The proposed geographical indication would jeopardise the existence of an identical or similar name used in the course of trade or of a trade mark, or the existence of products that have been legally on the market for at least five years preceding the date of the publication of the application provided for in Article 22(7) of Regulation (EU) 2023/2411. Article 42 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2411; Article 43 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2411; or Article 44(2) of Regulation (EU) 2023/2411.
