Regulation (EU) 2023/2411 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 October 2023 on the protection of geographical indications for craft and industrial products and amending Regulations (EU) 2017/1001 and (EU) 2019/1753 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

2. Upon the taking effect of a decision registering a geographical indication in accordance with Article 29 or 30, the Office shall enter the following data in the Union register: the name registered as a protected geographical indication (‘protected geographical indication’); the type of product for which the geographical indication has been registered; the name of the applicant in whose name the geographical indication has been registered; the reference to the decision registering the geographical indication; the country or countries of origin of the product for which the geographical indication has been registered.
