(34) Competent authorities should supervise issuers of bonds marketed as environmentally sustainable and of sustainability-linked bonds who decide to use the common templates for post-issuance periodic disclosures, to ensure that all the elements contained in those templates are correctly published. Where issuers fail to comply with this Regulation, competent authorities should make that fact public.
