11. When developing the draft implementing technical standards referred to in paragraph 10, the ESAs shall take into consideration any standards that already exist in the corresponding sectoral Union legislative acts and in particular the standards specifically designed for SMEs. The ESAs shall submit those draft implementing technical standards to the Commission by 10 September 2024. Power is conferred on the Commission to adopt the implementing technical standards referred to in the first subparagraph of this paragraph in accordance with Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 and Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.
