Council Regulation (EU) 2023/2873 of 18 December 2023 amending Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine · European Union

(2) On 18 December 2023, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2023/2871 (3) amending Decision 2014/145/CFSP. Decision (CFSP) 2023/2871 extends the listing criteria to cover natural or legal persons, entities or bodies benefitting from the compulsory transfer of ownership of, or control over, entities established in Russia that were previously owned or controlled by Union entities.
