Note 1 : Rare-earth metals and compounds include Scandium, Yttrium, Lanthanum, Cerium, Praseodymium, Neodymium, Promethium, Samarium, Europium, Gadolinium, Terbium, Dysprosium, Holmium, Erbium, Thulium, Ytterbium and Lutetium. Note 2 : For the purpose of the control X.C.IX.012 minerals containing rare-earth metals are excluded. Note 3 : X.C.IX.012 does not control mixtures in which no individual metal or compound specified in this entry constitutes more than 5 % by the weight of the mixture.
