Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2024/232 of 25 October 2023 amending Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards an exemption for cadmium and lead in plastic profiles in electrical and electronic windows and doors containing recovered rigid polyvinyl chloride · European Union

(10) It is, therefore, appropriate to grant the exemption by including the applications covered by that exemption in Annex III to Directive 2011/65/EU with respect to electrical and electronic equipment of category 11 of Annex I to Directive 2011/65/EU.
