Directive (EU) 2024/1174 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 April 2024 amending Directive 2014/59/EU and Regulation (EU) No 806/2014 as regards certain aspects of the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

2. Article 2, points (1) and (2), shall apply from 14 November 2024. Article 2, point (3), shall apply from 13 May 2024.
