Article 4

Directive (EU) 2024/1226 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 April 2024 on the definition of criminal offences and penalties for the violation of Union restrictive measures and amending Directive (EU) 2018/1673 · European Union

1. Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that inciting, and aiding and abetting the commission of an offence referred to in Article 3 is punishable as a criminal offence. 2. Member States shall ensure that an attempt to commit offences referred to in Article 3(1), point (a), points (c) to (g), and points (h)(i) and (ii), is punishable as a criminal offence.
