DIRECTIVE (EU) 2024/1260 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 April 2024 on asset recovery and confiscation · European Union
Immediate action shall be taken where necessary in order to preserve the property until a freezing order has been issued. Where immediate action does not take the form of a freezing order, Member States shall limit the temporary validity of that immediate action.
