DIRECTIVE (EU) 2024/1260 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 April 2024 on asset recovery and confiscation · European Union
For the purpose of paragraph 1, Member States shall ensure that competent authorities are able to use tracing and identification tools that are as effective as those available for the tracing and freezing of assets under Chapter II of this Directive.
