DIRECTIVE (EU) 2024/1260 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 April 2024 on asset recovery and confiscation · European Union
Member States shall by 24 May 2027 adopt a national strategy on asset recovery and update it at regular intervals of no longer than five years.
