Article 29 — Cooperation network on asset recovery and confiscation

1. The Commission shall establish a cooperation network on asset recovery and confiscation to facilitate cooperation among asset recovery offices and asset management offices and with Europol in relation to the implementation of this Directive, and to advise the Commission and enable the exchange of best practices in relation to the implementation of this Directive. 2. The Commission may invite representatives from Eurojust, the EPPO and, where appropriate, the Anti-Money Laundering Authority to participate in meetings of the network referred to in paragraph 1.
