DIRECTIVE (EU) 2024/1260 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 April 2024 on asset recovery and confiscation · European Union
The provisions in Chapter II on the tracing and identification of instrumentalities, proceeds or property shall apply to all criminal offences as defined in national law which are punishable by the deprivation of liberty or a detention order of at least one year.
