Article 8 — Monitoring access and searches by asset recovery offices
DIRECTIVE (EU) 2024/1260 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 April 2024 on asset recovery and confiscation · European Union
Member States shall provide for logs of access and search activities by asset recovery offices under this Directive to be kept in accordance with Article 25 of Directive (EU) 2016/680.
