in Article 22(2), the first subparagraph is replaced by the following: ‘Competent authorities shall acknowledge, in writing, the receipt of notification under paragraph 1 or of further information under paragraph 3 promptly and in any event within 10 working days following receipt of the notification or of the information.’ ;
