DIRECTIVE (EU) 2024/1619 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 31 May 2024 amending Directive 2013/36/EU as regards supervisory powers, sanctions, third-country branches, and environmental, social and governance risks (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

in Article 21b, the following paragraph is inserted: ‘6a. EBA shall develop draft implementing technical standards to specify the uniform formats and definitions, and shall develop the IT solutions to be applied in the Union, for the reporting of the information referred to in paragraph 6. EBA shall submit those draft implementing technical standards to the Commission by 10 January 2026. Power is conferred on the Commission to adopt the implementing technical standards referred to in the second subparagraph of this paragraph in accordance with Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.’ ;
