By 10 July 2029 and every 2 years thereafter, AMLA shall issue an opinion on the functioning of AML/CFT supervisory colleges in the non-financial sector. That opinion shall include: (a) an overview of the colleges set up by non-financial supervisors; (b) an assessment of the actions taken by those colleges and the level of cooperation attained, including difficulties faced in the functioning of the colleges.
