Member States shall ensure that their supervisors and, where relevant, the public authority overseeing self-regulatory bodies in their performance of supervisory functions, inform AMLA of all pecuniary sanctions imposed and administrative measures applied in accordance with this Section, including of any appeal in relation thereto and the outcome thereof. Such information shall also be shared with other supervisors when the pecuniary sanction or administrative measure concerns an entity operating in two or more Member States.
