Article 77 — Repeal

Directive (EU) 2015/849 is repealed with effect from 10 July 2027. References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Directive and to Regulation (EU) 2024/1624 and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in the Annex to this Directive.
