Recital 108
AMLD6
(108) Obliged entities can benefit from the freedom to provide services and to establish across the internal market to offer their products and services across the Union. An effective supervisory system requires that supervisors are aware of the weaknesses in obliged entities’ compliance with AML/CFT rules. It is therefore important that supervisors are able to inform one another of pecuniary sanctions imposed on, and administrative measures applied to obliged entities, when such information would be relevant for other supervisors.
