(47) In order to protect Union’s financial interests, Member State authorities implementing the Recovery and Resilience Facility under Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council (19) should have access to the interconnected central registers to collect the beneficial ownership information on the recipient of Union funds or contractor required under that Regulation.
