| 14. | The prohibition of unequal treatment in employment, unless this is justified by the requirements of the employment, interpreted in line with Articles 2 and 3 of the International Labour Organization Equal Remuneration Convention, 1951 (No 100), Articles 1 and 2 of the International Labour Organization Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958 (No 111), and Article 7 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. This includes, in particular: (a) the payment of unequal remuneration for work of equal value; and (b) discrimination on grounds of national extraction or social origin, race, colour, sex, religion, political opinion;
