When carrying out their tasks, supervisory authorities shall have at least the power to: (a) order the company to: (i) cease infringements of the provisions of national law adopted pursuant to this Directive by performing an action or ceasing conduct; (ii) refrain from any repetition of the relevant conduct; and (iii) where appropriate, provide remediation proportionate to the infringement and necessary to bring it to an end; (b) impose penalties in accordance with Article 27; and (c) adopt interim measures in the event of an imminent risk of severe and irreparable harm.
