ANNEX IV

Annex III to Directive 2010/75/EU is amended as follows: point 2 is replaced by the following: the use of less hazardous substances, including less use of substances of very high concern;’; point 5 is replaced by the following: technological advances, including digital tools, and changes in scientific knowledge and understanding;’; point 9 is replaced by the following: the consumption and nature of raw materials, including water, used in the process and resource efficiency and reuse and decarbonisation;’; point 10 is replaced by the following: the need to prevent or reduce to a minimum the overall impact of the emissions on the environment, including biodiversity, and the risks to it;’; point 11 is replaced by the following: the need to prevent accidents and to minimise the consequences for the environment and human health;’.
