Directive (EU) 2024/1785 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 April 2024 amending Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) and Council Directive 1999/31/EC on the landfill of waste (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Until the relevant date of application as referred to in the first, second and third subparagraphs, the installations mentioned in those subparagraphs, which fall within the scope of Directive 2010/75/EU, in the version in force on 3 August 2024, shall comply with Directive 2010/75/EU in that version.
