Article 15

Directive (EU) 2024/2823 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 on the legal protection of designs (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Protection shall be conferred for those features of appearance of a registered design which are shown visibly in the application for registration.
