Directive (EU) 2024/2823 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 on the legal protection of designs (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. This Directive applies to: design rights registered with the central industrial property offices of the Member States; design rights registered at the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property; design rights registered under international arrangements which have effect in a Member State; applications for the design rights referred to in points (a), (b) and (c).
