Article 31

Directive (EU) 2024/2881 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 on ambient air quality and cleaner air for Europe (recast) · European Union

1. Directives 2004/107/EC and 2008/50/EC, as amended by the acts listed in Part A of Annex XI to this Directive, are repealed with effect from 12 December 2026, without prejudice to the obligations of Member States relating to the time-limits for the transposition into national law of the Directives set out in Part B of Annex XI to this Directive. 2. References to the repealed Directives shall be construed as references to this Directive and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex XII to this Directive.
