Each undertaking referred to in Article 26(5) shall report on the quantities of each substance received from producers and importers for destruction, feedstock uses, direct exports, metered dose inhalers for the delivery of pharmaceutical ingredients use in military equipment and use in the etching of semiconductor material or the cleaning of chemical vapour deposition chambers within the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
