Regulation (EU) 2024/573 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 February 2024 on fluorinated greenhouse gases, amending Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and repealing Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. The following products and equipment that contain fluorinated greenhouse gases or whose functioning relies upon those gases shall only be placed on the market, subsequently supplied or made available to any other person, if they are labelled as: refrigeration equipment; air-conditioning equipment; heat pumps; fire protection equipment; electrical switchgear; aerosol dispenser that contain fluorinated greenhouse gases, including metered dose inhalers; all fluorinated greenhouse gas containers; fluorinated greenhouse gas-based solvents; or organic Rankine cycles.
