REGULATION (EU) 2024/886 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 13 March 2024 amending Regulations (EU) No 260/2012 and (EU) 2021/1230 and Directives 98/26/EC and (EU) 2015/2366 as regards instant credit transfers in euro (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

PSPs shall report to their competent authorities on: (a) the level of charges for credit transfers, instant credit transfers and payment accounts; (b) the share of rejections, separately for national and cross-border payment transactions, due to the application of targeted financial restrictive measures. PSPs shall submit such reports every 12 months. The first report shall be submitted on 9 April 2025 and shall include information on the level of charges and on rejections during the period starting on 26 October 2022 until the end of preceding calendar year.
