1. The following information and documents shall be submitted and exchanged by electronic means, via the hub of the central system referred to in paragraph 3 or via other available interoperable systems or software in accordance with paragraph 4: for waste as referred to in Article 4(1), (2) and (3): notification of a shipment pursuant to Articles 5 and 13; requests for information and documentation pursuant to Articles 5 and 8; information and documentation pursuant to Articles 5 and 8; information and decisions pursuant to Article 8; decisions regarding a notified shipment and, if applicable a withdrawal of a consent pursuant to Article 9; information and conditions for a shipment pursuant to Article 10; information pursuant to Article 11; information and objections to a shipment pursuant to Article 12; information on decisions to issue pre-consents to specific recovery facilities pursuant to Article 14(8) and (10); information and decisions pursuant to Article 14(12) and (15); confirmations of receipt of waste pursuant to Articles 15 and 16; certificates for recovery or disposal pursuant to Articles 15 and 16; prior information regarding the start of a shipment pursuant to Article 16; the documents to be made available in accordance with Article 16; information pursuant to Article 17; for waste referred to in Article 4(4) and (5), information and documentation, confirmation and certificates pursuant to Article 18; information and documents related to the procedure of prior written notification and consent and to the general information requirements pursuant to Articles 34 and 35 and Titles IV, V and VI, where applicable.
