For waste shipped within the Union, Basel entry Y48 does not apply and the following entry applies instead: Plastic waste not covered by entry AC300 in Part II or by entry EU3011 in Part I of Annex III, as well as mixtures of plastic waste not covered by point 4 of Annex IIIA.
