Regulation (EU) 2024/1244 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 April 2024 on reporting of environmental data from industrial installations, establishing an Industrial Emissions Portal and repealing Regulation (EC) No 166/2006 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. The Portal shall include the following: data on the release of pollutants as referred to in Article 6(1), point (a); data on off-site transfers of waste as referred to in Article 6(1), point (b), and of pollutants in waste water as referred to in Article 6(1), point (c); information on individual installations, reported by the Member States to the Commission in accordance with Directive 2010/75/EU, in particular Article 72 thereof; data on the use of water, energy and relevant raw materials as referred to in Article 6(1), point (d); contextual information as referred to in Article 6(1), point (e); data on the release of pollutants from diffuse sources as referred to in Article 8(1), where such data are available.
