10. The environmental footprint declaration shall be made available on a free-access website and shall be easily understandable. The Commission may adopt implementing acts establishing the format for the environmental footprint declaration referred to in paragraph 6 of this Article. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 39(3).
