1. By 24 May 2026 and annually thereafter, Member States shall submit a report to the Commission containing the information referred to in Article 19(5), Article 21(1) and (2), Article 22(1), Article 23(5) and Article 26(6). Economic operators shall not be required to submit information in addition to the information provided in the context of the provisions listed in the first subparagraph.
