(13) On 12 February 2024, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2024/577 (8), amending Decision 2014/512/CFSP to provide certain clarifications regarding the prohibition of any transaction related to the management of reserves and assets of the Central Bank of Russia, as well as to introduce further measures.
