Article 104 — Amendments to Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010

Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 1(2), the second subparagraph is deleted; (2) in Article 40(5), the first subparagraph is replaced by the following: ‘The Board of Supervisors may decide to admit observers. In particular, the Board of Supervisors shall admit a representative of the Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism established by Regulation (EU) 2024/1620 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*2) where matters that fall under its mandate are discussed or decided upon. (3) in Article 54, paragraph 2a is deleted.
