3. The Authority shall also be responsible for the following tasks relating to FIU.net: implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security that protects personal data; plan, coordinate, manage and support any testing activities; ensure adequate financial resources; provide training on the technical use of FIU.net by end-users.
